This equipment is built according to the European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/CE, able to treat products under pressure up to 10 bar and ambient temperature of unpacked food products inside a refrigerated container at -20 ºC.
It consists of a bayonet locking door with automatic operation by means of hydro-pneumatic cylinders and internal pressure safety device.
Pressurized door seal to apply pressure and vacuum.
Autoclave accommodated inside a refrigerated container on a stainless steel leg stand.
The rails on which the trolleys roll are made of stainless steel.
