The structure of the cascade knife granulator is made of high quality steel, ensuring rigidity, high efficiency and long service life of the machine. The machine is equipped with a rotor (cutting knife arrangement) with a cascade layout, consisting of 3 rows of 6 knives each. The rotor is 600mm long, 600mm wide and has a diameter of 260mm. The moving knives operate at a speed of 607 rpm. The drive system has a massive drive wheel, and the drive is transmitted via V-belts to the rotor pulley. The total weight of the machine is 1060 kg.
