DMG MORI DMU 210 P Universal Machining Center in heavy-duty duoBLOCK design for 5-axis positioning and simultaneous machining.

The machine features a Heidenhain TNC 640 3D control system and a large working area of X 2,100 mm / Y 2,100 mm / Z 1,250 mm.

The machining center is equipped with a continuously positioning universal milling head with a controlled B-axis and an integrated motor spindle. The swivel range extends from the horizontal position to a maximum of 250°. Additionally, the machine is equipped with an NC rotary table Ø 1,700 mm with direct path measurement system and 360° positioning. The permissible table load is approximately 8,000 kg.

The SK50 motor spindle reaches speeds from 20 – 12,000 rpm with a power output of 52 kW / 42 kW and a torque of up to 430 Nm.

Tool magazine as a wheel magazine with 63 tool positions and double gripper.
