The Kistler NCFH 60 NC joining module is integrated into an industrial double station/spindle unit for automated series production (e.g. friction welding or precision pressing).

The system is characterized by the highest precision, integrated force-displacement monitoring (piezoelectric sensors) and an extremely robust design for continuous industrial loads.

Precise press-fitting and joining:
Ideal for high-precision assembly processes in the automotive industry, electrical manufacturing or general mechanical engineering.

Integrated quality assurance (force-displacement monitoring):
Thanks to the built-in piezoelectric sensors, the module measures the exact tensile and compressive forces during the pressing process depending on the position.

Flexible process control:
Enables advanced functions such as "joining on block", position-controlled pressing or force-controlled joining (in combination with a suitable control system, e.g. Kistler maXYmos).

Automated workpiece pick-up:
The coupled spindle station has an automated clamping function (pneumatically/hydraulically controlled via integrated cylinders), perfect for automated series production and cycle lines.

Stable machine bed:
The entire mechanism is mounted on a heavy, welded steel frame to withstand the enormous forces (up to 6 tons per side) in operation.
