The APV Cleanline CL3/078/20 is a positive displacement rotary lobe pump with sanitary design which can handle dairy products (e.g., yoghurt, quark, curd and butter), foodprocessing, beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and fine chemicals industries. This pump is perfect for managing all kinds of fluid, of either low or high viscosity, as well as for filtering and bottling applications. Products containing fragile solids such as curd can be pumped without damage thanks to the specially designed lobes. Tri-lobe stainless steel lobes / rotors. Nominal displacement: 0,780 liter per revolution. Maximum nominal capacity: 33,7 m3/h. Inlet connection: 80 mm. Outlet connection: 71 mm. Maximum product pressure: 7 bar Maximum pump speed: 720 rpm. Maximum temperature: 110 °C. The pump is used in a dairy for product pumping. The current motor with this pump is 5,5 kW - 1.430 rpm - 400 V - 50 Hz - 11 A and the lobe speed is converted to 370 rpm, which results in a capacity of 17 m3/h.
