The grinder is using mill stones produced according to BOROs patented technology. The mill stones are made of different types of granulate materials which enables them to be constantly sharp regardless the rubbing. This kind of structure distinguishes the stones with great hardness and toughness, also long lasting. Besides the structure, also the shape and the profile are specific. The grains role between the stones, but because of the pressure, beside the requested fine final granulation to small pieces, in contact with water the grain gets disintegrated in even smaller pieces. This quality of the mill stones makes the grinded coffee soft and fully aromatized.
