Used Labeler Cavagnino & Gatti CG-84-FR 3-8 3000 bph Year 2001 For flasks of 150 mm in diameter These Cavagnino & Gatti rotary wet glue labelers are capable of production speeds from 4,000 to 9,000 bottles per hour with applications throughout the wine, beverage, food, chemical and household industries. The CG84CR-DR-FR series of machines are the result of an innovative design that has allowed for a reduction of components of the labeling unit which has resulted in important advantages in terms of economy, ease-of-use, changeover time and maintenance. This series of C&G machines are available with either the standard bottle platform motion by double profile cam in an oil bath or by programmable servo-platforms MP. These labelers can be equipped with various optical and/or mechanical spotting systems for the automatic alignment of printed capsules, glass cartouches, side and bottom notchlugs, silk screen prints or applied labels on a wide range of bottles and containers. The CG84CR-DR-FR series of wet glue labelers can be pre-disposed for future modular self-adhesive label applicator units to be inserted or removed depending upon production needs or installed directly on the wet glue stations than can be deactivated electrically. These Cavagnino & Gatti medium speed labelers are a very compact design configured for perfect integration in any bottling line with space limitations including small areas or mobile lines.
