The ADF 1320 Stone milling machine is designed for high-quality
milling and engraving of stone and metal in 2D/3D planes.
PROCESSING MATERIALS
Stone (marble, granite, etc.), wood, composite materials, polystyrene,
non-ferrous metal, plexiglass, model plastic, etc.
APPLICATION
Ritual services:
Simple and complex reliefs with artistic carvings, bas-reliefs,
sculptural compositions, memorials, etc.
Interior decoration:
Elements of fireplaces and billiard tables, stairs, plinths, parquet,
etc.
Exterior decoration:
Figured moldings on windows and doors with carving through. Decorative
elements for decorating wooden houses and baths. Board balusters for
finishing verandas and gazebos, fences, etc.
Exclusive wood and metal products:
Frames for mirrors, panels, figures of people and animals, souvenir

Makes master models, foundry models, product prototypes, vacuum

LINEAR MOVEMENT AND MECHANICS
The all-welded frame of the machine is made of a steel steel profile
with a rectangular section. The bed is milled along the plane and the
places where the guides are attached to achieve maximum evenness of
the entire surface.
HIWIN rail linear guides are installed on the machine.
The torque from the stepper motor is transmitted to the gear rack
along the XY axes. Along the Z-axis, the torque is transmitted through
the PTO. Guides on all axes are protected by a special cover to
prevent dust and dirt from entering during operation.
The working table of the basic configuration machine is covered with
an aluminum profile with T-shaped grooves. Coolant and bathtub
installed.
ELECTRICITY AND ELECTRONICS
Electronics are mounted in a separate electrical E561673 cabinet,
isolated from vibrations, overheating and other external influences.
All components and connections are located in strictly designated
places for inspection and maintenance.
The machine is powered by a 380 V (220) network.
