Interplast GRAMEGNA brand that for over half a century has been operating on the heat-shrinking machinery market and is well known for the high quality and reliability of its machines.

We sell our R-700 type shrink wrapping packaging machine. The equipment is in excellent condition. The machine has only been stored since the end of 2004.
In 2004, we stopped producing soft drinks. We did not sell the machine because we planned to restart the activity.
There are electrical drawings for it.
Production capacity: nominal 20-25 packages
actual 21-23 packets/min
For 2 liter bottles, from the 4×2 format, according to a preliminary estimate, approx. 21 packages/minute.
The machine consists of the following main units:
1 intro conveyor belt with bottle sorter for arranging bottles arriving in one row into several rows for bottles with round and square cross-sections
1 x Champion 4 HS-type packaging unit, which works with a welding arm
1 shrink tunnel furnace
1 control and regulation unit mounted on the machine frame
Multi-row bottle sorting unit:
A conveyor belt with a low friction factor, which sorts the bottles coming from the filling unit through appropriate diverting channels.
The device is suitable for receiving bottles with a rectangular cross-section and sorting them according to the desired package format.
The belt is driven by an electric motor with adjustable speed.
The loading of the conveyor belt is accompanied by a separate sensor according to the rhythm of production and automatically controls the progress.
A sensor unit monitors possible bottle congestion and automatically regulates the production rate.
A terminal with a digital display performs the programming and control of the following functions:
- continuous display of the production rate
- alarms indicating possible faulty operation, giving the necessary instructions to overcome the error
Packaging unit
According to the size of the bottles, the size of the film welding arm: 700 mm, equipped with a safety device, the passage space under the arm is 380 mm
Dimensions of the heat-shrinkable polyethylene film roll:
Width 680 mm, diameter 350 mm, thickness 35-100 microns
t is equipped with an upper and lower automatic film feeder. The lower one is placed on an extendable slide so that the roll change can be easily done on the operators side.
The end of the film roll is E461673 indicated by sound and light while the machine stops.
The inner dimensions of the tunnel are 600×400 mm surrounded by a multi-layer thermal insulation cover.
Its heating is provided by Kanthal wire drawn in a hermetically sealed stainless steel and heat-resistant pipe.
The uniform temperature distribution is created by forced flow produced by a fan.
The air flow is regulated in such a way that the return flow of hot air is ensured.

The finished packages are placed on a table with rollers, the width of the rollers is 200 mm.
