The work takes place in an automatic cycle and does not require special skills from the operator. After starting the machine, the operators task is to arrange packages of bags in warehouses: - double current from which bags will be taken during packing, and - double auxiliary designed for quick substitution of packaging to be picked up by the machine after exhaustion of packaging in previously used warehouses of the machine. Replacing warehouses is extremely simple, it consists in moving from one position of the table with warehouses to another. A skilled operator will perform this activity without stopping the production process. Rolls of toilet paper are moved with tape to the drawer of the packaging system. The machine counts the number of rolls forms into a package, during which time the suction cup of the bag opening system lifts it and the loading system with the help of pushers loads the deducted number of rollers into the bag. Next, the pusher pushes the bag with rollers under the weld, the packaging is welded, the remaining waste is removed and the finished packaging is pushed to the receiving table from where the packaging goes to the collective bags The machine is equipped with vacuum sensors, hence the main suction of the bag unfolding system will stop the machine if it does not lift the packaging.
