1. Appointment.

The line is designed for packaging products in shrink film.

2. Working principle.

Products from the conveyor of the production equipment enter the feeding conveyor of the packaging line. On the infeed conveyor, the product is aligned along the line of motion and then enters the inlet conveyor of the film packaging section.

In the packaging section, the products, moving along the introductory conveyor, enter the inside of the half-sleeve of the packaging film, and then move along with the film to the zone of the transverse knife. The cross cutter cuts the film to a predetermined length while sealing it. Further, the product in the film passes to the output conveyor, where the longitudinal knife cuts off the side of the film, also sealing it at the same time. After that, the completely sealed package with the products enters the thermal tunnel, in which, under the influence of high E461673 temperature, the film shrinks.

Line operation control and operation parameters setting are carried out from the control panel. The remote contains buttons and a touch screen.

The line can operate in automatic, semi-automatic and manual modes.

3. Composition of the line:

- film packaging section with control panel and electrical cabinet;

- shrink tunnel.
