POS POSmill H 800 U – 5-axis machining center

The machine is designed as a 5-axis machining center and features a swivel axis with a range of -120° to +120°, as well as a rotary table with a continuously rotating 360° C-axis. A separate A-axis is not available. The working area is realized by a high-quality Kessler rotary table with a diameter of 800 mm. The machine is not equipped with a pallet changer.

A key highlight is the 96-position tool changer, making the machine ideal for series production as well as complex machining tasks. In combination with the integrated through-spindle coolant system (IKZ) with 50 bar, the machine is well suited for demanding applications in toolmaking and the automotive industry.
