Overview These 4 isobaric pressure tanks (200 hl each) manufactured by
TMCI Padovan in 1992 originate from the wine industry and were
previously used for sparkling wine production. With their full cooling
jacket design and pressure rating of up to 6 bar, the tanks are
suitable for fermentation, maturation, and storage of carbonated
beverages, including beer, sparkling wine, and related products. The
tanks are constructed from carbon steel with an internal food-grade
epoxy coating, a technology widely used before stainless steel became
the industry standard. They represent a cost-effective alternative to
stainless steel tanks, particularly for producers seeking lower
capital investment. Each tank is fully insulated and equipped with a
complete cooling jacket, enabling controlled temperature processes.
Due to the coating system, regular inspection and renewal of the epoxy
lining is required, depending on usage and product type. Technical
