CNC machined and ground before assembly. Long life is ensured by the use of heavy wall sections and high grade material that will not contaminate the material being ground. The design allows for easy disassembly, repair and maintenance., ROTOR, The rotors are manufactured from high tensile steel and are balanced for stable running. The rotors are manufactured with scissor cut action. The Rotor design allows for easy removal and set-up of the blades and gives a consistent particle size. Transmission system: Belt and pulley driven, Drive Motor 30 kW, Star-Delta start., BLADES, Blades are manufactured from either D2 or D3 material and are through hardened to give maximum resistance and durability on the cutting edge., SCREEN, The long life screens are manufactured from high strength, high grade material., Hopper, The hoppers are enclosed with sound proofing material to reduce the noise levels. Double row curtains are provided in the hopper mouth to minimise throw back during operation.
