For sale is a high-quality, compact stainless steel filling system/dosing system for precise filling and weighing of bulk materials. The system is characterized by its robust stainless steel construction, intuitive operation and high flexibility.

- Powerful weighing system (up to 15 kg per dosage): The built-in weighing element is specially designed for containers and portion sizes of up to 15 kg.

- Soehnle Professional 3010 industrial controller: High-quality, freely programmable terminal. The terminal itself is industrially designed for measuring ranges of up to 120,000 kg and offers maximum accuracy, flexible dosing settings and signal processing at industrial level.

- Integrated sieve function: The dosing / conveying channel is equipped with a perforated plate. This means that fines or oversized particles are screened simultaneously during the dosing and filling process.

- Flexible use for powders and granules: For use with powdered media, the perforated sheet can be sealed quickly and easily (e.g. with paper tape), so that the system can be used seamlessly for powders and fine dusts.

- Pneumatic control: Includes control and control cabinet (SIS) with pneumatic actuation (foot switch for triggering available) and compressed air connection.

- Hopper / filling: Large filling hopper with textile/flex attachment.
