Reflected light microscope from Carl Zeiss of the type Axiotech vario 100HD for industrial materials testing and material testing. The device is designed for reflected light microscopy and is suitable for the inspection of semiconductors, metals, materials and other opaque samples. The illumination unit HAL 100 (halogen lamp, 12 V / 100 W, 3200 K) is mounted on the side.
