Manufacturer’s technical description:

Sturdy welded frame construction made from thick-walled special hollow sections,
sliding carriages and pressure beams with 50 mm hole spacing.

Continuous abutment on the left-hand side for width compression, lower abutment
on two levels. Vertical press cylinders mounted on special pressure beams with
one-handed quick-adjustment and weight compensation, height-adjustable in 50 mm hole spacing,
long sliding carriages ensure the long-term absorption
of high pressing forces.

Quick, smooth width adjustment via a ball-bearing-mounted carriage with
central locking, fixed at 50 mm intervals.
Upper horizontal press cylinder infinitely height-adjustable and fitted with
weight compensation. Lower horizontal press cylinder with
centring bores for the two abutment levels, with weight compensation.
Abutment and pressure plate depth 100 mm
Pressure plate and support width 130 mm

Electro-hydraulically controlled machine, with 2 vertical pressure cylinders
d = 50 mm, stroke 120 mm, double-acting, with weight compensation and
one-hand quick-adjustment, 2 horizontal pressure cylinders d = 40 mm, stroke 80 mm
double-acting, with weight compensation, 2 manual control valves, pressure gauge, 1
pressure regulating valve from 20 to 150 bar (corresponding to 400 to 3000 kg)
vertical pressing force, with a 3 kW three-phase motor for 400 volts, 50 Hz operating voltage.
Complete with electrical connection.

Paint finish: RAL 7035 light grey with RAL 7016 anthracite grey
