Sturdy welded frame construction made of thick-walled special hollow sections,
sliding carriage and pressure beam with 50 mm hole spacing.

Continuous abutment on the left side for wide-span compaction, lower abutment
in 2 levels.

Vertical press cylinders mounted on special pressure beams with one-hand quick
adjustment and weight compensation, height-adjustable in 50-mm hole spacing.
Long sliding carriages ensure the long-term absorption of high pressing forces.

Quick, smooth width adjustment via ball-bearing-mounted
carriage with central locking, secured in 50-mm hole spacing.

Upper horizontal press cylinder is infinitely height-adjustable and
equipped with weight compensation.

Lower horizontal press cylinder with centering holes for the
two abutment levels, without weight compensation.

Abutment and pressure plate depth: 100 mm
Pressure plate and support width: 130 mm.

Electro-hydraulically controlled machine, with 2 vertical pressure cylinders
d = 60 mm, stroke 120 mm, double-acting, with weight compensation and
one-hand quick adjustment, 2 horizontal pressure cylinders, d = 40 mm, stroke
120 mm, double-acting, with weight compensation, 2 manual control valves,
pressure gauge, 1 pressure regulating valve from 20 to 130 bar, corresponding
to 550 to 3,500 kg of vertical pressing force. Equipped with a 3 kW three-phase
motor for 400 volts, 50 Hz operating voltage.

Complete with electrical connection.

Painted in RAL 7035 light gray with RAL 7016 anthracite gray.
