Main drives: 3 separate electric motors located at the machine base to drive the sanding belts.
Feed system: Perforated vacuum conveyor belt (vacuum bed) with an upstream rubberized infeed roller and a preceding roller table.

Internal Unit Configuration:
• 3 sanding belt stations.
• Mechanical belt oscillation via upper tracking rollers.
• Integrated pneumatic belt-cleaning blow-off systems (blow-off pipes located on the inner side of the units).
• 1 unit equipped with a manually adjustable dial indicator/fine-adjustment mechanism on the sanding platen.

Pneumatic Controls (upper control panel):
• Pressure gauges and control valves for: belt tension (minimum tension), brake cylinders, belt oscillation, and internal pressure (for the sanding platen).
• 3 separate toggle switches for the belt blow-off/air-jet systems (units 1, 2, and 3).

Electrical Control Panel (right-hand control panel):
• 3 analog ammeters to display the load on the sanding belt motors.
• 1 analog voltmeter.
• Digital height display/thickness setting.
• Main switches for the individual units (belt 1, belt 2, belt 3).
