Overview  This fill level inspection machine was manufactured in 2017 and the label inspection machine in 2015 by German company Vision-Tec. The pusher was made by German company BBULL. It is designed for checking the fill height, closure and label of full bottles. The machine is until October 2025 in running production. Overview The Crate inspector was built in 2017 by Germany manufacturer Visiontec. It is adjusted for 0,5l glass bottles and twenty modul crates. The inspector comes with a multi camera system. If an external bottle is detected, the crate will be pushed out in another line. Currently the setup is for a long side leeding crate.

A deteção é configurada em garrafas de vidro de 0,5 l na caixa de 20 módulos. O inspetor está equipado com um sistema multi-câmaras. Assim que um frasco estranho é detetado na caixa, é então descarregado através de um empurrador. Atualmente está programado para viagens cruzadas. A deteção é ajustada para garrafas de vidro 0,5l e vinte caixas de módulo. O inspetor vem com um sistema de várias câmeras. Se for detetado um frasco externo, a caixa será empurrada para fora noutra linha. Atualmente a configuração é para uma longa caixa de leeding lateral.
