A controlled-contamination filling line with microbiological
isolation, designed for filling products with a pH lower than 4.5.
Suitable for PCO 1881 28mm bottles; sport-cap and flat-cap
closures.
General description of the system:
Bottles delivered to the monoblock are completely sterilised with an
oxidising solution, rinsed with sterile water and delivered to the
filler. The bottles are filled by electrically controlled fillers and
sealed using an aseptic capping machine. The caps are fed to the
steriliser via a feeder and a belt conveyor in a positive-pressure
environment using sterile air; they are sterilised with an oxidising
agent (oxonia), rinsed with sterile water and fed to the monoblock via
a positive-pressure feed channel with sterile air. The monoblock is
equipped with a microbiological isolator to separate the internal
pressurised sterile environment from the external environment. The
line is equipped with units required for the treatment of fluids, such
as: compressed air and nitrogen – sterile, oxidising agent solutions
and sterile water, which undergo sterilisation, rinsing and filling
processes. These are essential for automatically performing cleaning
cycles at the end of production and restoring initial sterility
conditions (CIP/SIP cycles). Maximum continuous operating time without
the need for CIP: 120 hours.
The monitoring system enables fully automated management of the
washing, sterilisation and production processes.
