Overview These 2 isobaric pressure tanks (150 hl each) manufactured by
TMCI Padovan in 1994 originate from the wine industry and were
previously used for sparkling wine production. Designed with a full
cooling jacket and pressure resistance up to 6 bar, the tanks are
suitable for fermentation, maturation, and storage of carbonated
products, including beer, sparkling wine, and similar beverages. The
tanks are constructed from carbon steel with an internal food-grade
epoxy coating, representing a widely used technology before stainless
steel tanks became the industry standard. They offer a cost-efficient
alternative to stainless steel vessels, especially for operations with
lower investment requirements. Each tank is fully insulated and
equipped with a complete cooling jacket, allowing
temperature-controlled processing. As with all epoxy-coated vessels,
periodic renewal of the internal coating is required depending on
usage and product conditions. TECHNICAL DATA Manufacturer: TMCI
