Overview These 2 isobaric pressure tanks (150 hl each) manufactured by TMCI Padovan in 1994 originate from the wine industry and were previously used for sparkling wine production. Designed with a full cooling jacket and pressure resistance up to 6 bar, the tanks are suitable for fermentation, maturation, and storage of carbonated products, including beer, sparkling wine, and similar beverages. The tanks are constructed from carbon steel with an internal food-grade epoxy coating, representing a widely used technology before stainless steel tanks became the industry standard. They offer a cost-efficient alternative to stainless steel vessels, especially for operations with lower investment requirements. Each tank is fully insulated and equipped with a complete cooling jacket, allowing temperature-controlled processing. As with all epoxy-coated vessels, periodic renewal of the internal coating is required depending on usage and product conditions. TECHNICAL DATA Manufacturer: TMCI Padovan Year of Manufacture: 1994 Quantity: 2 units Type: Isobaric pressure tank with full cooling jacket Application: Fermentation, maturation, storage of carbonated beverages Capacity: 150 hl per tank Material: Base: Carbon steel Internal coating: Food-grade epoxy resin Insulation: Approx. 100 mm polyurethane with stainless steel cladding Pressure Rating: 6 bar Dimensions (per tank): Outer Diameter: approx. 2,400 mm Cylinder Height: approx. 4,000 mm
