Cooking kettles ELECTROLUX THERMA PBON15EKEM

This is an electric round cooking kettle from the premium manufacturer Electrolux/Therma from Switzerland, type PBON15EKEM (150 litres) from 2017. The device is suitable for cooking, steaming, poaching, braising or simmering/simmering food. The boiler is equipped with a closed, non-refillable "electric steam heating system" (without replenishment from the water network). Heating is provided by an electric steam heater. Here, the electrical energy is converted into steam, working pressure 1.5 bar. The radiators are equipped with boil-dry protection. The heating capacity is divided into 4 heating levels with automatic transition from the boiling to the finishing process by an energy-saving microprocessor control. Equipped with the therma touch control system for permanent, easy-to-read display of target and actual values such as temperature, working time and power levels. This is a pedestal installation without feet (but feet can be retrofitted on request). The boiling kettle has been tested in our in-house specialist workshop and is fully functional.
