ELUMATEC SA 142/35 automatic circular sawing machine was built in 2001 in Germany. This extremely powerful machine is used for the precise and fully automatic cutting of aluminium and PVC joinery. The workpieces are fed into the workspace on roller conveyors with a option of single, double or triple feeding by means of a special switch. Material infeed is also supported by clamping cylinders, which ensures that the process runs safely and without any interruptions. The material is then cut into the large work space by a reliable circular saw with the option to freely adjust the cutting angle from 90° to 45°.

The ELUMATEC aluminium profile sawing machine has so far only been used for cutting aluminium profiles. The total weight of the machine is 770 kg.
