This SPR 320 machine is ideal for flattening and equalizing various meats, such as cutlets, döner kebab, whole muscle products and custom-made products.

The space available in the production was taken into account by a two-stage arrangement of the strips. The meat is placed on top, then lowered between the strips to come out flattened on the same side at the end. This means that the installation space of the machine could be reduced by half for the same efficiency. The plant's production is around 1,500 cutlets/hour and can therefore E446413 also meet ambitious requirements.
