The Vierwerke Rapida RDC 106 rotary die-cutter can be configured in different variants to carry out different processes – punching, creasing, perforating, embossing

The maximum mechanical capacity is 15,000 sheets/h.

• Magnetic cylinder in each punching unit to which the dies are fixed
• Drivetronic SIS and a camera system to control the sheet guidance in the feeder and in the delivery.
• Automatic punch pressure W542705 adjustment accuracy of 1 μm, separated for each side
• Fast, tool-free change of dies - "Click&Cut" system, set-up times – up to 5 minutes for repeat jobs.
• Dynamic arch brake and anti-static system
