Sartorius Stedim biotech BioWelder 16370

The BioWelder works with a thermal welding cycle that does not require laminar flow.
In this welding process, the blade is kept sterile and endotoxin-free throughout the process.

The inserted hoses are cut with a knife and then fused together by the device.
The cycle process is fully automated and is only released after a full cycle.

Various programmable holders make it possible to weld thermoplastic hoses of the same type (e.g. C-Flex, Sanipure, Pharmed) with diameters from 6.4 mm (1/4") to 19.0 mm (3/4").
