The machine is suitable for regrinding and re-gearing of all tooth shapes, cutting and angles with automatic threading, as well as for automatic chamfering in the deep grinding process using CBN or diamond grinding wheels.
The machine is technically overhauled in our company and is prepared for the use of grinding oil, so that a much longer service life of all units is guaranteed in contrast to working with emulsion.
All mechanical components such as linear guides, ball E554058 screw, grinding spindle. Bearings, etc., as well as wear parts are replaced.
