It is a thermally insulated hall whose supporting structure and parts of the building envelope as well as various accessories can be reused.

SUPPORTING STRUCTURE: The primary structure consists of hot-rolled Euro profiles (IPE 450 frame columns, IPE 330 frame supports, external gable columns such as HE-A 140 internal supports, HE-A 100 gable beams, intermediate platform in row E made of IPE 300 with three intermediate supports HEA 140 and in row F made of IPE 600 with one intermediate support HEA 200). The secondary structure to accommodate the building envelope consists of cold-formed steel profiles made of galvanised strip steel with the special feature that the cassette wall inner shell was attached directly to the frame supports. A gable wall construction was dispensed with, as it is an extension to an existing hall.
At the time of planning, a snow load of 0.75 kN/m² was assumed. The structural engineer must check whether there are sufficient reserves for higher snow load zones or which reinforcement measures are required to strengthen the supporting structure for your site.

ROOF COVERING: Thyssen thermal roof VS 75 sandwich panels, grey-white, on roof purlins made of cold-formed and galvanised lightweight profiles (Krupp-Z-3G purlins, Z 240/70, t 2.00 mm).

WALL CLADDING: Cassette wall consisting of horizontally laid profiled sheet steel T626000 cassettes as the inner shell, mineral wool insulation inserted into the cassettes (old KMF that is discarded) and vertically mounted sheet steel trapezoidal profiles as the outer shell and partly sandwich panels, grey-white, on a wall substructure made of cold-formed and galvanized lightweight profiles. We recommend replacing the wall cladding with new sandwich panels.

DOCUMENTATION: The original static calculations of hall section 1C from 1994 and various drawings have been digitized and can be made available as PDF files via WeTransfer if required.
