Used batch horizontal rapid mixer-homogenizer of powder mixtures manufactured by Lödige model FM 130D/MZ. The stainless steel cylindrical container with duplication has a total volume of 130 liters and a working volume of approx. 35-90 liters, the diameter of the container is approx. 490 mm x 655 mm length. The container is equipped with (1) a 520 x 310 mm filling/cleaning/inspection hole, a 200 mm top filling hole and a 120 x 160 mm rectangular bottom outlet, which is manually operated using a lever. The plow mixing blades are driven via belts by a 5.5 kW, 50 Hz, 380 V, 965 rpm electric motor. The mixing shaft is sealed with a standard cord packing. Furthermore, the device is equipped with a disintegrator of the mixed mixture, which is directly driven by a 4 kW, 50 Hz, 380 V, 2895 RPM electric motor.
