Packinov RMD ECO two-layer yogurt portioner/packer
Automatic filling, sealing and dating of yogurt pots (two-layer, including jam and yogurt).
Maintenance carried out before end of production.
Ready for operation, not dismantled
30-liter tank for milk or yogurt, 8-kg tank for jam, but can be filled directly.
Normally runs at 1300 pots per hour at full speed (Ive never managed to go that fast).
Im selling it because Ive stopped yogurt production (I have a restaurant) to refocus on the restaurant.

STAINLESS STEEL FRAME
A space-saving frame housing the tray and the various modules used to pack the jars. This frame can be fitted with castors, for machine mobility. Standard dimensions: 1080 X 880

PNEUMATIC CONTROLS
Integrated into the module. This unit includes : ï‚· spool valves for cylinders,
ï‚· spool valves for vacuum pick-ups,
ï‚· pneumatic switch with pressure gauge
ï‚· filter-regulator and soft starter.

POST 1: Pot unstacker
Pots are picked up by suction cups on the bottom, using a pneumatic linear actuator. Ratchet loader or drawer, stainless steel E661673 storage column for empty pots to be destacked.

STATION 2: Two-layer dispenser
125 ml volumetric dispenser on dispenser stand + 8L stainless steel tank

POSTE 3 : 220 ml volumetric dispenser
220 ml volumetric dispenser on dispenser support. 30L stainless steel tank and stainless steel connection

STATION 4 : Lid denester
Consists of :
ï‚· A lid loader.
ï‚· A mechanism for positioning the lid on the container.

STATION 5: Conduction heat sealer.
This module seals the lid onto the container.

POST 6 : Free

POST 7 : Stamp marking
