This is a slicer from the manufacturer ADE type Juwel 2 with a 230V connection. The slicer has a 300mm slicer with Teflon coating and is suitable for cutting sausages and also for cutting cheese (no sticking of cheese to the knife).
The models of the Juwel series are high-performance professional cutters that are suitable for the intended continuous operation. The cutting thickness is infinitely variable from 0 to 15 mm and particularly fine between 0 and 3 mm. The sophisticated drive technology with its air-cooled, maintenance-free motor and extremely quiet drive is also impressive.
The machine is new and unused, but no longer in its original packaging (exhibition piece).
