This high-speed slicer is designed to process medium to large quantities of all conventional cheeses and cuts. It is compact and versatile, takes up little space and can be easily integrated into a production line. The Centris 400C is powered by the innovative USDA Dairy-approved Centris SureShred 16-blade cutting head, which radically improves quality, capacity and yield.
Properties
• The machine has a stainless steel motor with a power of 7.5 kW, which is easy to clean.
• To prevent cheese from melting or baking, the motor and gearbox are placed outside the cutting zone to prevent heat transfer.
• With the Centris SureShred cutting heads, the cutting thickness can be adjusted in advance to produce uniform shreds and maintain strict tolerances M432589 throughout the production process.
• Thanks to the lightweight stainless steel cutting head, it is removable and easy to clean.
