The machine is used for making tender steaks and filleting, as well as making julienne / strips.

It is applicable for different types of meat - pork, beef and chicken.

The processed product does not decrease or shrink its volume, but quickly absorbs the marinade and, accordingly, has increased taste qualities. Products made in this way have a more attractive appearance for sale.

The company offers an additional set of 10 mm knives to cut the meat into strips or julienne.

The machine is compact, but extremely powerful.

Made entirely of stainless steel.

The knife shaft consists of 74 knives in 24 parallel rows. Easily disassembled for cleaning.

Pressing during processing is carried out by 888 cutting angles.

The underside of the knives is also well protected.

The motor mechanism M559349 works in oil and you do not need to lubricate it additionally.

The machine is easy to disassemble and clean.
