MAIN FEATURES:
In its current state, our innovative line is suitable for the
preservative-free production and bottling of all kinds of
heat-treatable, non-carbonated soft drinks, e.g. vitamin drinks,
filtered/low-fiber juices, tea-based drinks (brewed from real leaves),
plant-based milks/drinks, etc.
The production line is a compact, fully equipped system, from
bottle-blowing to water treatment to shrink wrapping, all production
stations are integrated in the line.
The entire production line is a coordinated system, made of the
highest quality stainless steel (316L), which can be cleaned with a
bulit-in CIP system. Apart from its main elements, it is completely
individually designed and controlled by PLC.

• only 3 persons per shift are required to operate the whole
production process
• production capacity: 500 - 1250 liters / hour
• product shelf life (without preservatives!): 24 months - thanks
to UHT technology and special disinfection / rinsing system

• 2 pieces of 250 liter, stainless steel, double-walled thermo
oil-heated cooking pots

• Full automatic UHT plate stelizer machine includes heating and
cooling equipments: Capacity: 1250L / H, PLC controlled, sterilization
temperature: 60°C - 150°C, holding time: 45 sec, inlet
temperature: 15°C, outlet temperature: 5°C - 35°C
• Full Automatic Aseptic rinsing filling capping 3 in 1
monoblock: Capacity: 2500 BPH, PLC touch screen controls the whole
process, automatic bottle sterilizer, automatic cap sterilizer, pick
and place capping system, CIP washer head, with connection
