Which cups can be closed?
plastic or cardboard cups (up to approx. 95 mm) are sealed with an aluminium board, plastic board or paper board.
What is the working swell of the hand sealer?
Pre-filled cups are inserted by hand into the cell board and covered with a board. By moving the board, the cup to be sealed comes under the seal head. When the seal is triggered, the loose board is now hot-sealed on the cup. In the meantime, the next cup can be placed in the other cell and provided with a board.
Setting the seal:
The desired seal temperature can be set via a text display. In addition, the duration of the sealing process can be determined individually. This makes it possible to seal S53922 different cup or board materials with different parameters.
Format change:
A format change of e.g. 75mm on e.g. 95mm can be done easily and quickly.
Power: approx. 400 sealing processes/hr
