A prototype machine for cutting, dressing and cooling fruit, e.g. apples, pears.
For example, apples and pears are cut into 8 or 12 segments with manual guillotines (2 pieces). The fruit falls into the bathtub, EQUIPPED with a glycol cooling system (coil installed), the belt speed can be changed, and 2 guillotines can work in the bathtub at the same time.

Capacity up to 900kg/h, speed regulation.

Built-in coil - Possibility to connect a cooling agent.

Built-in circulation pump.

The cut fruit falls onto a conveyor belt, which transports the cut fruit to the washing and cooling water, where it is removed from the liquid on a second belt. Minimum soaking time 3 minutes. Additionally, a temperature controller (Danfos programmer) is installed.

The guillotines are German devices manufactured by FEUMA, manufactured in 2006. The chiller is suitable for potatoes.

Guillotines with these blades/KNIVES cut out the core. If you change the knives and pushers, you can cut potatoes.
