It is a used, reconditioned Gostol spiral mixer SMH 100 S (for max. 160kg dough) with 3 x extendable bowls (BJ 2007) for sale. The spiral mixer has two speeds, these are controlled by PLC. The machine has a hydraulic bowl infeed and hydraulic lifting and lowering of the kneading arm. The kneading times are programmable. The bowls and the kneading tool are made of stainless steel.
