Total volume 60 l. Working output - maximal batch for emulsifing 36 kg, maximal batch for chopping - up to 25 kg, maximal batch on dough (60% hydrated) - up to 30 kg. Machine has bottom driven shaft with three cutting curve knives. Shaft is driven by 11 kW el. motor. Working rotation speeds - 1500 rpm and 3000 rpm. Working time cycle adjustable from 1 to 4 minutes. Top is covered with polycarbonate lid, closed on clamp. Missing lid wiper. Manual tilt discharge.
