Used and refurbished turbine mill from Tecnoecology for the digestion of old cables, especially fine strands or computer cables. Balling takes place at about 3,000 rpm. The tools are rotatable and have 4 usable edges. The turbine mill can be operated stand-alone or integrated into an existing system without a pellet mill. The machine has a 20 kW drive and can process up to approx. 300 kg of material per hour.

The Vulcan is Hitacht's fastest metal analyzer with the most advanced display and reporting system. Compared to its predecessor, the m-Pulse, it has been fundamentally redesigned and offers many new possibilities, such as GPS, camera, WiFi and pre-burning function. The operation is functionally oriented to the menu guides, as they are known from smartphones. The operation of the device via the functional touchscreen is correspondingly easy. The equipment offered here comes from our demonstration pool and is only 12 months old, so it is still sold with a used machine warranty.

This device is calibrated for rapid detection of metals in scrap and recycling. Within a second, you can see V2A, V4A, chrome steel, bronze, gunmetal, aluminum alloys and much more. The device is not suitable for precious metals or catalysts. The device has only been in use at the customer for about 3 years and is in good condition. The device includes two batteries for about 8 hours of operation each, a charger with charging cradle and the transport protective case. In contrast to newer devices, the internal camera is also unlocked here, so that you can save images of the measuring range in the device. The device has received all available software updates and can be used in conjunction with the smartphone app, via cloud computing or even as a single device.

The JMC 407 is the top seller among our alligator claws. It is cost-effective, has sufficient knife length and enough power for most metal recycling tasks. It is suitable for cutting many materials, such as profiles, piping, motors, gearbox housings. The scissors are also often used for cleaning scrap metals or cutting vehicle radiators. The machine is equipped with a control system without electronics and a manually adjustable hold-down device, which also acts as a protective cover. By means of a foot pedal, the scissors can be used in single or continuous operation. The opening width can be adjusted by means of simple clamping screws. The scissors are from our demonstration pool and can be viewed or tested.

The cable peeling machine "MASTER 140" is suitable for peeling XLPE cables, underground cables, cables with steel armouring, cables with aluminium and lead armouring, but also for processing PVC and rubber cables. In contrast to other underground cable machines, which usually only have one blade, the "Master 140" cuts with two blades at the same time – this saves you an additional pass if necessary. To push the cable halves apart, expansion wedges can be screwed on. Both blades can be individually adjusted to the desired cutting depth. Due to concave tension rollers, the cables are less compressed at the cut surfaces, cores from (lead) sheathed cables can be removed more easily. For trouble-free operation at high throughput rates of cable recycling systems, a constant and adapted feeding of cold cable material is crucial. So that an employee does not have to constantly check or carry out the material, the use of a dosage makes sense. With a volume of approx. 1.5 m³, this offers a sufficient stock to ensure the independent operation of a plant. The conveying speed is simply regulated by a handwheel on the gearbox and the layer height on the conveyor belt can be adjusted appropriately by a slider.

Small vibrating sieve with two decks for three fractions. The diameter of the sieve inserts is 400 mm. This includes a bet with balls that keep the screen insert clean from below. This is suitable, for example, for the screening/classification/quality assurance of copper granules (contamination by plastics or aluminium are sifted) or for the re-treatment of plastic granules from the cable recycling. The sieve is located in our demo pool and is little needed.

Demo machine from demonstration pool Enormously versatile cable slot machine thanks to individually adjustable, standing cutting knives. Cables are cut as standard by two knives penetrating the insulation on the side. The series was significantly improved in terms of safety in 2014 and now features a short feeder for thin cables and a long feeder for thick cables. The change is made in seconds by means of a rotary mechanism. The simplicity in the construction and the construction with two powerful, synchronously running rollers is left. With coarse gearing, even thicker cables are safely fed into the knives and transported further after the cutting process for removal. Blunt knives can be easily and cost-effectively sharpened with a standard grinding machine.
