Overview  This plant can be used to pasteurize and fill into pouches (BagInBoxes). Most recently, sauces and dressings were filled with it. The optical sensor detects the various defects (leaves, stems, insects and foreign bodies) and rejects them with a jet of air. The optical system also detects unripe grapes (of different colour), that can be removed along with the other defects. The defects destined for removal can be set via the touch-screen.
