The Fitpacker Junior has a high packing performance and can process products of different lengths in disorder. A programmable logic controller is located at the top of the control cabinet and is easy to handle via a logical user interface.

The packer also has a feeding system, which is especially suitable for line operation. Machine changeover times are kept short by a digital operating concept and an adjustable shape shoulder.

The control cabinet can be opened and swivelled so that optimal access is guaranteed in the event of maintenance and downtimes are reduced. The film roll holder is mounted at an ergonomically reasonable working height.

The high-performance shrink tunnel is built in an energy-saving design. It is designed so variably in terms of the heating system and the setting options that film-coated products of various contours can be shrunk cleanly.

Functioning:

The thermal shrink tunnel works with separate blowers to generate separately adjustable top and bottom heat.
The special insulation technology reduces heat loss
by radiating heat, reduces the power consumption by up to 20% and thus significantly increases the efficiency of the machine.
The shrink temperature is controlled by a digital control system and precisely maintained even at high throughputs.
The heating A5760420 units at the top and A5760420 bottom are removable; the thermal shrink tunnel is in case of maintenance
available again after a few minutes.
The throughput speed is infinitely variable.
