BOMAR Ergonomic 320.250 G metal band saw was built in 2011 in the
Czech Republic by BOMAR, spol. s r.o. The machine is designed for
precise cutting of workpieces at an angle of 0°, +45° and +60°. The
machining is performed by a robust saw blade driven by an electric
motor with worm gear, which operates in an oil bath. In order to
ensure precise guidance of the saw blade, it is mounted in tapered
roller bearings with pre-clamping. Secure clamping of the workpiece
during cutting is ensured, in turn, by a quick-clamping vice.
The BOMAR Ergonomic 320.250 G is distinguished by its extremely stable
design based on a robust arm, which is raised manually and lowered
under its own weight. The arm’s descending speed is adjustable via a
hydraulic cylinder with flow valve. The combination of high cutting
precision with simple operation and reliable components makes the
Ergonomic 320.250 G band saw ideal for professional workshops and
industrial plants. The total weight of the machine is 319 kg.
