ENGEL ES 200/80 HL injection moulding machine was built in 1998 in
Austria by ENGEL Austria GmbH. The machine is designed for the
production of plastic components of various shapes, colours and
applications. These components are made using the injection moulding
process, which involves injecting plasticised plastic under high
pressure into a closed mould, where the material cools and takes on
the mould’s shape. The result is precise and repeatable components
of high quality.
The ENGEL ES 200/80 HL features, among others, a 22 mm diameter screw
and a precision mould clamping system with a clamping force of 80
tonnes. All injection moulding parameters are programmed via the
intuitive ENGEL CC100 control system, which simplifies day-to-day
operation of the machine. The injection moulding machine can also be
equipped with production automation systems to increase the efficiency
of the entire process. All this is complemented by an extremely rigid
design, ensuring high stability during intensive operation. The
ES200/80 HL injection moulding machine weighs 5900 kg.
