KBM offers 3 separate pre-crushers with or without optional heavy parts separator. All pre-crushers are equipped with slow-rotating crusher arms to keep the resulting dust to a minimum.
The purpose of the pre-crushers is to reduce EPS or EPP plates, sections to a size of about 25-100 mm, in order to transport and prepare the shredded material for transport by a blower to a recycling plant.
Pre-shredding in larger pieces reduces dust generation.
Styrofoam Shredder XL
The MAXI XL shredder is a cost-effective large pre-crusher. It is ideal as a molding pre-crusher that can be placed in different locations in your plant, or as a pre-crusher for larger EPS/EPP parts to be recycled in smaller recycling systems.

The MAXI pre-crusher is suitable for the pre-breaking of molded part and block materials, and is suitable for most molded parts and block manufacturers.
Shredder, pre-crusher JUMBO
The JUMBO is suitable for pre-shredding very large quantities of plates/molded parts and /or for very large molded part or block manufacturers and offers a very high capacity.
