The facility is an exhibition facility or test facility in an
absolutely new condition. The plant was built in 2024 for the
filtration of cooling lubricants in tool grinding: oil + carbide.
Filtration is carried out with the help of 61 filter cartridges
located in a cylinder housing. The dirty oil is pressed through the
filter surface and runs through the inside of the filter into the
clean container. The filter works in fully automatic mode.
The filter pressure is monitored during the filtration process and as
soon as the filter cake has been formed and the pressure increases,
the filter is backwashed with compressed air. Then the filtration
process starts all over again. The filtration system can be directly
connected to the grinding machine, lapping machine, honing machine,
etc.
Filtration is carried out without consumables, as the filter is
backwashed (filter flow, etc.). The filtration quality is up to 2 μ,
the sludge is pumped into a sludge container after the backwash
process, and needs to be changed manually after a certain time. The
dirty oil runs into the dirt container of the system via the drain
hose or drain pipe on a self-slope level. The dirt medium is pumped
from the dirt container into the filter and filtered. The sludge
(magnetic and S51262795 non-magnetic) collects on the surface of the
cylindrical filter elements and is discharged and collected into the
dirt container. After filtration, the clean oil goes into the clean
container, on which there is a cooling unit and the clean pump. The
cooling unit ensures the right medium temperature in summer and
winter. There is a clean medium high-pressure pump on the clean
container. The pump pumps the clean oil to the machine. We will be
