The Maxi 100 is an enormously versatile cable slitting machine with vertical cutting blades. No matter how thick or thin the insulation is, the cables are peeled to a tenth of a millimeter. Due to the strong interlocking, the cables do not slip, but are transported reliably. Damaged or thinner or thicker areas in the wiring harness are also well transported by the spring-mounted pull wheels. The JMC 407 is the top seller among our alligator scissors. It is cost-effective, has a sufficient blade length and enough power for most metal recycling tasks. It is suitable for cutting many materials, such as profiles, pipelines, motors, cables or gearbox housings. The shears are also often used for cleaning scrap metal or cutting vehicle radiators. The machine has a control system without electronics and a manually adjustable hold-down device, which also acts as a protective cover. This BA 40.30 granulator was part of a cable recycling plant. These granulators were used by Tecnoecology and MG Recycling. With a rotor length of 400 mm and a diameter of 300 mm, the granulator can handle up to about 500 kg/hour of old cables.
