Due to a series end, this processing cell is free and sold. The machine will be checked by us and can be tested by us before a possible purchase. The robot was regularly serviced by ABB and had an easy process step to complete.

Complete deburring cell from Protex:
A workpiece is placed in the processing shaft from the outside. The part is clamped onto the fixture. The robot picks the correct tool from the tool storage location and begins processing. The built-in swivelling table can be used to rotate the workpiece and carry out a further machining step. The chips fall into a hopper and can be extracted via a pipe.
