We are offering, available for immediate delivery, an Exhaust Gas
Steam Boiler, removed from a well-maintained Combined Heat and Power
(CHP) installation.
Designed to recover thermal energy from the exhaust gases of an MTU
1,600 kWe gas engine, this boiler converts waste heat into valuable
process steam, significantly improving overall plant efficiency while
reducing operating costs and CO₂ emissions.

Operating Modes
✔ Steam Production Mode
Exhaust gases are routed through the boiler.
Waste heat is recovered.
Steam is generated at up to 11 bar for industrial processes.
✔ Bypass Mode
Exhaust gases are diverted directly to the chimney.
The engine can continue operating even when steam is not required.
Ideal for seasonal production or maintenance operations.
This arrangement provides excellent flexibility while maintaining
reliable engine operation.
